Sure Shot is our idea of a perfect espresso blend. The components rotate seasonally for freshness and are developed in the roastery to achieve a full spectrum of flavors, balancing dark roast caramelization with the fruit and acidity we cherish in our coffees.

What makes Sure Shot “good under pressure?” It’s the extra roast development which aids in espresso extraction and the collage of flavors that produce a balanced cup pairing well with milk-based drinks. While the roast is designed for espresso, it is perfectly suitable for filter brewing. If dark roast is your thing, you may just find it right on target.
